我对选C没有疑问, 但我想知道and 后的并列是不是和主句had a winspan....的并列, 如果是为什么没有省略主语

请大牛指教

是和主句had a winspan....的并列;

为什么没有省略主语: 不省比较好，前后的关系没有紧密到必须省略。
