标题: 关于用 of 还是用 that的问题？？？？急！！
The loan company announced it would soon lend money to borrowers with proven records of their not paying back their loans on time, collectively known as the subprime lending market.
A. of their not paying back their loans on time,
B. of not paying back their loans on time, a group
C. of not paying back their loans on time, with such a group
D. that they do not pay back their loans on time,
E. that they do not pay back their loans on time, such a group

这题选B，

我选的E，解释说 that从句罗嗦了，但是我记得原来做过的题目好像都是 XXX that....(原题不记得了，好像是evidence of....//evidence that)
而且我记得是说OF后面不能接复杂的结构，那什么算复杂的结构啊？B选项这样不算吗？

到底什么可能的情况是用that而不是用of啊？？？

这道题目很怪啊，announced +宾语从句，怎么把that省略了

同意时态问题！！排除DE，从ABC选；+ a group...., 同位语结构 = B.

我是先排除的CD，然后感觉that后面的从句前文的附注，of后面跟的是对 proven records的内容说明，纯感觉。。。
LS的能不能给我讲讲时态的问题，语法方面很不在行，基本上就是理解+语感做题，理论很差劲

那除了时态原因呢，如果改成did呢
看的解说说such a group 之前缺连词是怎么个说法啊？？
还有OF~~of的问题，什么时候用of 什么时候用that啊，我晓得后面是句子时用that，其他呢？？
