答案选C，但是这是个非限制定语从句，that可以用在这里吗？谢谢

我也没选对……看了答案之后想，是不是逗号中间是插入语？

为什麽不选D呢？

这里是定语从句选一个次能做charge的宾语只有that
不选d的原因是这里是charge for的结构不是charge sb of 这个结构
