前几天刚做过这句，其实抛开这个插入语结构很简单的。两个逗号中间是解释filibuster的定义，是一种a parliamentary device that slows xxx and tests xxx, 所以everyone associated with it 的it指代a parliamentary device. snail's pace用来形容国会会议的缓慢。作者的态度很明确，filibuster是anachronism，落后于时代。 第二句，attendance是出勤，retention是指留职，即不跳槽作者: sfstm 时间: 2010-7-11 23:58
