笨办法:
1-20的整数的乘积:
1*2*...*20,求乘积的最大的2^k的因数
数一数,1-20里所有偶数,分别包含了几个2相乘,把个数加起来就是了

不需要算这么精确，题是说大约，3.14直接跟3约分，25直接跟24约分，其实很简单
