首先请LZ明确题意：条件和结论分别是 Ｅ：不往酒里面添加 Sulfites Ｃ：人们就不会有过敏反应 其次，LZ注意了，本体在讨论的是：在酒里面加不加Sulfites 和人们是否会过敏的问题 换线的字是关键词，缺一不可 C说的酒是唯一的添加添加剂的，讨论的范围转移，跟文章中的结论人们过不过敏没有任何关系。 B说的是并不是所有的Sulfites 都会产生过敏，文中根本就没谈具体哪种S能够导致过敏，无关。

B. Not all forms of sulfite are equally likely to produce the allergic reactions. 题目中说许多人对certain sulfites有过敏反应，B说不是所有的sulfites都产生过敏，和题干可以共存。B要成为assumption还缺少一个条件，即wine中含有的sulfites不产生过敏反应。
