perceive sth as sth /perceive sth to be sth LONGMAN上的用法

第2个题目，觉得好象题目不对啊，equal to 被OG认为意义过于广泛，一般不能用来表示数字相等

但是前面两个as ...as比较后的USA算什么意思？？？

首先楼主的选项不全，还少一个。

从给出的四个里，B, D的amount不对，人数应该是number。A，as same the number as太奇怪的表达，C, equal to the number of 用来表示数字相等我想有时也勉强可以，不过equal作adj. 在句未修饰前面的主语少见，因为我觉得可能会产生歧义，这里的adj.更可能是修饰前面的名词sth.。应要选，我就只能选C。

the number of USA这种表达也不舒服。可能这个题目还不完整。
