正确答案是C，为什么呀？
分号后面开始，我就不是很明白它的意思了

分号对于句子关系而言，是介于逗号和句号之间的，句中分号表示要表达的和Italian vintners have cut prices有关，意思是他们的就减价销售，而且确实卖的很好

你看懂their和they指代的是italian vitners就可以理解这个意思了

因为代词指代一致性的问题，they和their都指的是vitners，而分号后的分句，先是酒做主语，就给了你一个时态，文中没有明显的两个时态的区别，因此，vitners就要标价买酒，应该与之前的时态相一致，同时省略句的使用，所以应该选择C

they 和their指代不一定要一致的，相关例子gmat中有很多，我一下子也找不到
这里they应该指代wines
