D 的 did 对应前面的什么单词呢?换句话说 did怎么还原?
而且 D.E 中的 as 应该作像...一样解释吧
那不就和 appear to 意思重复了么?

"as they did", this phrase ambiguously indicate that once, long time ago, we had seen the Quasars during the formation.

While according to the A, no evidence is applied to prove that we had once seen the formation. We are seeing that for this moment, not "once".

我想问是不是A D中的as用法不一样或者意思不一样？D项有Q现在展现在我们面前就像形成之初时展现在我们面前一样的意思？所以与原来的句意不同？谢谢

did没法还原，那were要怎么还原呢？？还有during是有持续性的吧？？可是题干里貌似没有强调整个formation的意思呀？？
