这种表fraction or percents的subject, 是按照OF后面的词的单复数来判定is or are

有一个问题 D 选项中的 the most nutritious parts of the plant 里 parts 是复数形式的 但前面的主语和后面的谓语都是单数形式的 这是否有矛盾呢 高手指点下啦 谢谢
