答案是C 其实可以排除出来C 但是就是想问问为什么此题用现在完成时

额其实我就是觉得which在这里很明确指代 profits ，没有指代不清的嫌疑，所以with那些选项都没看了。额

个人认为之所以用完成时是相对于are evident （现在时点）之前持续发生的动作，不过有点疑惑的是C中为什么不用after having fallen，这也是一个相对现在持续的动作。
