原文在问供应商少了，价格没有涨反而降的原因。Justify其实就是explaination的变形 A.只是再解释价格涨的原因，与原文问题无关
B.说明供应商没有减少，所以价格不会上升
C.解释涉及的内容和原文内容没有丝毫关系,out of scope了。解释确实可以有千百种，但是现在题目问的是供应商和价格之间的反常关系
