C选项中说到了some cost-cutting processes但是文中用的the new process 是不是属于这些some cost-cutting里面的呢，没有说，我们不知道，如果有的话就削弱，没有的话就是无关选项，同理A选项说到了原材料的成本uncertainy如果是低估了原材料的成本那么就是削弱，如果是高估了那么反倒是加强了，所以这样留有空间的选项不如E选项好。
