B than 没有er比较，than 不单独出现

the same ……as搭配有，但没有as出现在the same之前的情况 即：有the same……as 没有as……the same 固定搭配所以前后次序固定
且： 假设此处the same与as 搭配，则逻辑意思不符： the same active ingredient as the maker charges charge宾语改为了ingredient ，而非原意的price
