答案选C    if 条件句后的deal 不是单数么？怎么是have?

是虚拟语气，用were

选A了，C不对。C中be signed不对，这里不该用虚拟语气，并且C中they只有一个指代的可能就是investors，逻辑意思是说investors签合同，错。

这题选A，C不对，by them中的them只能指代前文中出现过的investors，但是一份协议只有一方怎么签呢
