( ) 裡省略的事是正確的嗎?

1.much 不修饰voters，而修饰agree表示程度，同 I love you so much中的much修饰love的程度
2.those resources指代前面出现过的resources因为只有资源才能被consumption and distribution，法令法规无法被分配和消耗
3.句子结构清晰： 【Some buildings】 （that were destroyed or heavily damaged in the earthquake last year）{had been constructed} <in violation of the city's building code.> 【】主语 （）从句 {}谓语 <>介词修饰部分

補充一下 However much United States voters may agree。。。。 可以改寫成no matter how much the US voters may agree。。。 這裡much修飾agree的程度
