我知道D和E不对，可是我想请问下，里面的which到底是指fish,还是指catch呢？这个问题困扰我好久啦，望大N小N指教啊！

Without "of all wild fish", "the catch" is almost meaningless here. The catch of what? Not clear. In another word, "of all wild fish" defines "catch". In turn, "which" modifies the noun "the catch of all wild fish".

恩，有道理，谢谢啦！那是不是这种情况下都是指代中心词呢？

Hmm...我不敢说“都”这个字。应该是指代noun + essential modifier, 而不是noun(中心词)。

可是prompting前面加逗号，也就是现在分词前面加逗号不应该修饰主句主语吗，也就是the total catch,可是按照句意应该是这个decline促进了conservation effort啊
求解答
