问题：OG中关于D、E选项的解释主要是说未遵循平行规则（not parallel），我想问一下，如果遵循了平行规则，这两个选项就是对的吗？我觉得在这用which从句来引导，which指代不明，可能指代的是整个现象（ a mere two dozen products accounted for half the increase in spending on prescription drugs），也可以指代前面的drugs。再引申一下，which的指代是不是仅限于前面紧跟着的那个主语或者宾语，不能指代整个句子？

我觉得which是就近指代哈，所以指代对象出问题了，而前面的名词可以很好的指代前面提到的事情
