我在D,E之间选不清楚，所以查了帖子。一下也是对一些帖子里的回答的个人感想。还是有困惑。

1.根据XDF；significantly adv, 极大的； significant， adj 重要的
这两个词是不可以互换的，所以尽量忠实原题。（真的蛮对的好不好嘛～～）
（可是为什么这题。。。）

2.有TX说E中differences因为是个名词，所以该TX认为，不用little，因为其是修饰不可数的。
可是！我想说：为什么就不能认为little 是个名词呢？？？就像D中那样，后面of significant differences 是修饰名词little的，不可以么？？？这样不可以根据little排除E吧？？？

3.再来个XDF，或者我们知道，there be是存在句型，后面跟的名词是个具象名词，请问，这里little???（好像是个抽象名词吧。。。，那不是跟一般的语法点都反了么）

4.OG上有一些都是把 noun that is...替换掉的
比如我说 he eats an apple that is red.就要变成 a red apple
我不是想把这点作为规律，只想说 there is noun that is balabala...真的挺别扭的,不知大家是否觉得有点不顺口？

P.S. 我还google了，我承认，there is little that比there is little of google的多，可是，凭这个选是不是太。。。。。。。。。

Idiom; "little of X" requires that "X" be a singular quantity.

首先谢谢TX，看做idiom确实该是单数

我还有些困惑，因为觉得在这个idiom中Little不是名词，可是我如果看做名词的话。。。（不过这样表达就很不地道了）
我再消化一下吧，谢谢
