个人认为，BY说的代词指代应该优先指代主语中的主语没问题。但是这个it位置是在（assumed） that……引导的从句中的 if……条件从句中的，所以会有歧义产生。到底应该优选哪个主句？只要有指代不清的可能，我认为肯定是不选的。
