Q:E中用这种结构有什么问题呢？我觉得很对啊，为啥一定要平行呢？OG为什么要这样给E定罪呢？ A:如果E选项不是平行那就犯了个更严重的罪：谓语过多： the sloth hangs from trees by its long rubbery limbs, sleeps 15 hours a day, and it moves infrequently enough。 hangs,sleeps,moves能将这三个独立谓语同时放入一句句子又不违背一主语一谓语的原则，非平行结构莫属。或者，句子应该多加一个and: the sloth hangs from trees by its long rubbery limbs and sleeps 15 hours a day, and it moves infrequently enough。作者: serene301 时间: 2010-5-15 19:22
我觉得这样会引起歧义吧，因为sleep逗号前面是to hang from trees,是不定式，因为不定式的平行可以省不定式符号to，这样会误以为是不定式的平行，所以意思上就成了“树懒用有力的臂膀睡觉”了~大概如此吧，对于这个平行也是模棱两可，这样倒是可以自圆其说...作者: AmyGMAT 时间: 2010-5-15 19:26
