C正确不是因为加了the的原因，更重要的是它后面的定语 the energy produced in German 这就把这个energy限定是德国产的了，亲你对比一下D项没有这样限定，只是说the energy comes from..这样这个the energy就很有可能指向前面了~~

这个比较对象很清楚，是mammals的tubes和birds的tubes比。而前一个是France的energy和Germany的nuclear power比，有歧义。
