这个题完全是叙述顺序问题啊 不必拘泥于时态。 原句A的being用的很没必要。 Between ... and 干掉BE。 剩下CD，C的那个until开头的句子使得前面的introduced语句修饰谁变得开始不清楚。 D很清晰， life insurance in England 这个主语放的位置读起来很完美。
