介个不是ETS的考察重点，
全句子划线会考基本结构什么的。
这里AD可以首先排除
因为A Elizabeth Cady Stanton, was a call for female enfranchisement. 主谓之间有逗号
D是一个fragment

C it有指代不清的嫌疑
其实可以直接看BCE，BC都是被动，主动优于被动，OG12th第一道就是强调这一点
