After crude oil应该是修饰the United States second biggest fuel source 的，意思是除了crude oil，Natural gas就是第二大的资源了。

放在句首修饰整个句子或者主语，位置不妥。应该离所修饰对象越近越好

藕的理解是，after oil做了整句话的状语，因此也修饰了supplied almost exclusively from reserves in North America，不合逻辑。
