答案是A。答案没有问题。只是不太明白Be seen as和be seen to be的区别和具体的用法。

be seen as (being) something

be seen to be something

看来只有在被动的时候才能用to be。意思应该是一样的。

试探地说明：

这里的as 的前后应该是同位结构，也就是把be seen as去了，前后会是一个同位结构；后面对前面补充说明。

而to be应该是一个普通的系表结构，相当于后面对前面进行限定。

当然两者经常可以互换，但存在以上细腻的差别。解此类题时，先把be seen as/to be去了，然后再看，前后的关系。。。再决定用哪个。
