两套题答案给的不一样，大家看看选什么？

B 我拿不大准但我觉得on condition that后面应该用一般现在时
但是我一开始觉得这是个条件状语从句，但是即使它是个条件状语从句的话主句的主语是一般过去式，那么条件状语从句也应该是用would

GWD2的答案里给的C，3的答案里给的是A。
所以请大家帮我确认，因为我查了查on condition that后面不用虚拟语气的。不知道一楼能不能给解释一下为什么选A？谢谢

A是因为省略should吗？on condition that 也要用虚拟吗？
