标题: OG10的几道语法。。。无从下手
1.  In 1973 mortgage payments represented 21% of an average 31-year-old male’s income; and 44% in 1984.

(A) income; and 44% in 1984.
(B) income; in 1984 the figure was 44%
(C) income, and in 1984 44%
这个题选的B,C是不是不能认为是represent的宾语呢,因为我是这样理解的:and (represented) in 1984 44% (of...)?


2.Students in the metropolitan school district lack math skills to such a degree as to make it difficult to absorb them into a city economy becoming ever more dependent on information-based industries.
(A) lack math skills to such a degree as to make it difficult to absorb them into a city economy becoming
(C)lack of math skills is so large as to be difficult to absorb them into a city’s economy that becomes
(E) are so lacking in math skills that it will be difficult to absorb them into a city economy becoming
这个为什么选E不选A呢?


3.The diet of the ordinary Greek in classical times was largely vegetarian—vegetables, fresh cheese, oatmeal, and meal cakes, and meat rarely.

(A) and meat rarely.
(C) with meat as rare
(E) with meat as a rarity
C和E比较应该选什么?

1.and 应该连接两个句子, 这样一个句子 一个短语不对吧

3,应该选E 记得白勇还是哪上面解释说 因为rare 有两个意思 1,罕见的 2,指半生不熟的 有歧义 所以书面不用

恩,有可能。但是这里and前的逗号去掉的话是不是就是可以选C了呢?

1。表达相同的东西前后对比,那么尽量平行。前面是句子了,那么后面是句子则为优选。
     另外 ;and  前后一定是两个完整的句子。这个是硬指标

2.  以我做OG的经验, so as to 和such as to 不是好的表达。按照OG 的说法, 后面接的动词的主语是不明确的。是math    make it difficult to absorb them into a city economy。。。 么?文中的意思是 因为 math 不好,所以 absorb them into a city economy。。。 会变得很困难
     本题的it是没有问题的,是形式主语

3.  as  rarity 修饰 meat. 在我看来 as 为“作为” 的意思,后面加名词。
    as 后可以接形容词或副词,但是必须再加as,表比较

恩,谢谢楼上的解释,但其实我现在碰到such as to 的时候还是很模糊,不知道问题出在哪里。。。
