我记得OG12说的貌似是while在句首,除了引导转折以外,还可以引导表示同时发生的事件...于是它就会有歧义...

我感觉even though跟although的意思没啥区别，都表示比较强烈的让步。
while也表示让步但在程度上跟前两者有所区别，但是while表让步时只能在句首。在句中时表示两个事件同时发生。

跟1楼的说法好像正好冲突了，我自己去看看到底while是放在句首有歧义还是放在句中有歧义

我只知道even though, although表强转折，while表一般转折，歧义的我不清楚了，呵呵
