the last two years.

答案是c
og上说have increased 5 percent 发生在 after falling 之后但我怎么看也不像
还有 during the first 3 months 不是表示过去的时间为什么用现在完成时

over the last two years 表完成时那after后面不得用完成时吗

不好意思说错了
during/over the+形容词限定词（first last ,etc,)+一段时间就是表示现在完成时
B中的时态都错了
如果你说C中的改成after having fallen 用完成时的话，having+done是错误的用法
这里after falling表示时间状语

BTW,可能我的解释有点问题，但是我觉得只要可以找出为啥其他选项错误了就行了。
因为我觉得正确选项有时候也不完美

感谢指点终于明白了之前和这道题里面的during搞混了

1）介词（after, before, on）+动名词这个结构通常相当于一个时间状语从句。
2）如果两个动作中有一个在另一个开始之前已经完成，则可以用 after+动名词的完成式表示第1个动作；如果只表示先后顺序，则可用after（或before）+动名词结构； on+动名词通常表示两个动作几乎同时发生：
=>After having been instructed to drive out of town, I began to acquire confidence.
=>The man called the police after being robbed.
=>He killed a child before being arrested.
=>On/After being told that her mother was seriously ill, she hurried back to England.

在google 上搜的，觉得有道理，但也不知道到底是不是正确的，还望大牛指点。
