不是牛牛不过题目说的是有一个新技术nontoxic plastic film 可以替代油漆，目的是加快飞机维护的时间，原来慢是因为一旦刷油漆，什么时候就不能干了，而换nontoxic plastic film 的时间和油漆是一样的

所以要能够使用这个新技术，是要找能够保证整个时间不变或者缩短的选项

B - 去除的时候很方便，可以加快速度，正确

目标是reduce maintenance time，而maintenance通常跟人换衣服一样包含两步：脱旧衣服，穿新衣服。如果B成立，说明总的maintenance时间可以进一步降低。所以可以起到加强作用。

但是B选项说At the end of its useful life……既然飞机要寿终正寝了那还维护什么？如果不用维护了那不就谈不上维护时间的为提了？？所以我觉得B不对啊~~~

呵呵，这个its指代的是film而不是plane。这个是SC问题了。
