prep语法笔记里说that指代的是consumer demand，但我觉得好像应该是指growth, ms A+介词+B+that,这里的that即可指A又可指B，句子中的逻辑意思应该是colder-than-normal temperatures引起了growth。。。。大家的意思呢？
