想请教各位n人，为什么答案是e, 我感觉e 里边应该有as many as (that) are enrolled in，还是that 可以省略掉？

还想再多问一道题，也是og上的

答案选d, 可我怎么觉得选b比较好，就算是要有动词是不是也应该是Inuits of the Bering Sea were isolated from contact with Europeans longer than Aleuts or Inuits of the North Pacific and northern Alaska ( WERE ).

这个是拿people和people比较的，所以第二句里面省略了people。

1. as的用法比较特殊，可以充当"代词+连词"，也就是as已经包含了that。
2. 如果不补出were，会有歧义。如果省去了were，是Inuits of the Bering Sea离Europeans的距离和Aleuts or Inuits of the North Pacific and northern Alaska离Europeans的距离比较，还是Inuits of the Bering Sea离Europeans和Inuits of the Bering Sea离Aleuts or Inuits of the North Pacific and northern Alaska的距离比较，会有歧义。
