大全-2-14. A recent survey of all auto accident victims in Dole Countyfound that, of the severely injured drivers and front-seat passengers, 80percent were not wearing seat belts at the time of their accidents. Thisindicates that, by wearing seat belts, drivers and front-seat passengers cangreatly reduce their risk of being severely injured if they are in an autoaccident.
Theconclusion above is not properly drawn unless which of the following is true?
(A) Of all the drivers andfront-seat passengers in the survey, more than 20 percent were wearing seatbelts at the time of their accidents.
(B) Considerably more than 20percent of drivers and front-seat passengers in Dole County always wear seatbelts when traveling by car.
(C) More drivers and front-seatpassengers in the survey than rear-seat passengers were very severely injured.

我觉得是B，比A强很多
如果没有B，A可以模糊算

受伤	0.2B	0.8B	B
不受伤			T-B

题意是证明"戴头盔的受伤率"低于"不戴头盔的受伤率"，即有如下不等式：
0.2B/A<0.8B/(T-A)

得出A>0.2T，即戴头盔的人数要大于总人数的20%.
