我觉得D E错在 as little as one chance这个不可比吧 一般是as +adj+a/an +n +as..这里risk是不可数 所以就不用冠词 C 没有B 简洁 A 错在one后缺少成分 应该是就像百万分之一中患癌症的那样风险很低。。（囧，我语言表达不行，将就了，仅是愚见）
