B.to be the smallest network digital camcorder in the world, which is as long as a handheld computer, weighing

在很多地方看到有人发帖子问这道题目但是答案不一致，有人说B 有人说D
如果选B 的话最后那个weighing会不会产生歧义？如果选D，那么句子开头那个is做什么成分？句子结构怎么解释？

我认为应该选D， B的话weighing改变了句子的结构，把weight从并列改为从属成分
D中的is应该是what从句的谓语

可是如果is是what从句的谓语的话 it claims这部分充当什么角色呢？

我觉得what it claims和what he says 是一样的结构，是一个整体，在这里应该就表示claims的内容吧

选D，这里的it claims是插入语
应该是the electronics company has unveiled what (it claims)is the .....

B的which没有错哦，因为which也可以修饰prep phrase
