申了University Village的同学你们收到拒信了么= =!!! 我三月就提交了申请居然都建议我取消…… UV的房子那么紧张么？有米有人透露下Waterview怎么样？房租虽然便宜但不包水电呀。。。还想弱问一句那个房租包含的gas指的是什么？不能用明火那这是啥气？暖气？…………

信是这么说的：

Dear University Village Applicant,

At this time it appears unlikely that we will be able to offer you housing for Fall 2010 based on where you are on our waitlist. Historically, we will receive cancellations which will allow us the opportunity to make some additional offers at a later date. Thus, we may be able to make you an offer for housing in the coming months.

While you may remain on our waitlist, we do still encourage you to look at other housing options in the event that we are not able to offer you housing. If you wish to cancel your housing application with University Village, we will be happy to process your request and refund your $100 security deposit. If indeed you wish to cancel, please respond to this email indicating such.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office at (972) 792-9100.

gas应该是天然气吧我猜的错了别pia我哈

是wl了但是收到了楼上那样的信就是估计w不到了吧...

这里是不用gas的，做饭的炉子都是电的...我也不知道那个gas是什么东西......很有可能是暖气。
另外UV是什么都包的，WV不包水电，全部算下来其实UV会划算一点，而且据大家住的感觉来说，UV会好一点，所以他家的房子才会这么紧俏。而且房租好像年年都在涨呀......不过我知道有人很快申请到2人间了，所以你们不怕贵的话或许可以试试...

这里是不用gas的，做饭的炉子都是电的...我也不知道那个gas是什么东西......很有可能是暖气。
另外UV是什么都包的，WV不包水电，全部算下来其实UV会划算一点，而且据大家住的感觉来说，UV会好一点，所以他家的房子才会这么紧俏。而且房租好像年年都在涨呀......不过我知道有人很快申请到2人间了，所以你们不怕贵的话或许可以试试...

住UV share的2人间还是很划得来的。。。不知道还有没有房。。

美国的gas是包括热水和供暖的～生活中不可以避免的，虽然这里厨房都几乎不用明火。gas是每个月的utility里面很大的一部分呢。

洗手盆和洗澡的热水是要用gas烧的，所以utility里面含gas费的哈
做饭的话美国都是电热炉
