标题: 迟来的Maryland Smith MBA面经 (3/11) + Skype面试一点体会

3月11号晚上11点skype面的，面试人是Suzanne Ashour，associate director。
问题比较多。我回答的时候，她一直在记笔记，但时不时会看看我的表情。

以下是面试的问题：

  1. why smith（没问why mba）
  2. short- and long-term goal（这里还特别问我毕业后如果在美国找不到工作，是不是愿意回国。我当然说愿意啦，她听完感觉很满意的样子。。。）
  3. what can you contribute to smith?
  4. how do you handle conflicts
  5. give an example that how you dealt with a tough person in your team?
  6. give an example that how you got feedback from others, why chose that person?
  7. leadership experience
  8. how did you learn from a failure?
  9. give an example when you did not have enough resources to achieve your goal?
  10. is there anything else you want to share with me?
  11. Q&A

个人经验：

经历了3次skype面试，我基本上都是看着电脑屏幕回答问题的。尽量保持一个轻松，自信的状态，即使面试官和我没有什么互动，我也会尽力把自己的故事讲的生动一些，并且辅助一些面部表情的变化，呵呵。

祝后面的申请人都能拿到满意的offer！
