A其实是平行的，do A but be done。。。而but并不一定要求前后时态必须平行，这里是说从来没被看到过，所以要用完成时 至于C么我觉得大概还是effectiveness的问题吧，althogh后面跟完整句子显得比较正式，而且C中的介词用的不好，要说on the pole~~~
