Does “CGU” stand for Claremont Graduate University? If so, Ihave to honestly tell you that Rutgers is a much stronger university and RutgersMQF is much better ranked. I am not sure if you know that our program in rankedtop 10 in the country. My specific answers follow. 1. What's the placement situation for the students during orafter the program? Over the recent years, our average placement rate was about 87%by the time students graduated. About 6 months after graduation, nearly allstudents got placed. It is true that this year has been much tougher due to thefinancial crisis. 2. I also got admission fromRutgers MQF program, with a slightly lower tuition andthe proximity to NYC, but I'm now leaned a littlebit to the CGU program, does locationcount in choosing which program to take? And I'll be so appreciative ifyou can give some comments to help me to choose bewteen the two schools : ) Locationmatters so much! We are only 20 minutes by train to NYC. By being at Rutgers, itis much easier for a student to do an intern, interview for a job, or go toparticipate in an industry conference/seminar in NYC. We have many senior executivesfrom major finance firms serving on our board.
