大概意思就是说 有本内容是关于养花的杂志， 很多养花菜鸟没经验，杂志里面说什么好他们就种什么。结果这杂志也脑残，竟挑些稀有的野生花，它们很稀少，而且很难栽培、种活。因此卖花的也到处去采这些路边野花。 但出于人道主义考虑，杂志认识到再这样乱摘下去乱套了。于是Our new policy is part of our efforts to halt this yearly plundering of our native plant populations. 就是说 他们洗心革面 不做那些有导向性的广告和文章了，这个新政策目的是为了 停止那些每年对本土资源的掠夺
