答案选B，我可以理解为啥选B，不过觉得C也是对的啊。因为新能源项目都需要进口了，那哪里还能出口啊。。请问这个怎么去思考呢

意思是大部分新油田是由国外进行投资的~~这跟快速发展导致higher profits没有关系
