这个题目没有弄明白它的逻辑，也没有看明白选项D，正确答案是D~希望大家帮助解释一下~~

不知道是不是我理解能力不太好

1、某地新增工作平均工资=该地平均工资？（新增工作+削减工作=总体，少了削减的）

那个总体应该是指总体增加的工作吧？

其实意思就是说：
某地新增工作平均工资-被削减工作平均工资（也就是D）=该地平均工资的变化

再麻烦问一下~~

意思就是说减少的工作的平均工资大约和全城的平均工资相等~~

这个怎么能说明平均工资提高了?

呵呵，是这样
我思考这道题的时候，是这么考虑的

首先看到文章然后弄清逻辑
前提：X地“新增工作”平均工资高于平均水平
结论：X地平均工资提高

接着就是要找到文章没有说但是它暗含的假设。
然后我想到“新增工作工资变化”和“总体工作工资变化”的差异就在于“减少工作工资的变化”
用集合的方法来思考就是
新增+减少=总体的改变
所以正确答案一定会表明减少的那部分如何如何。所以是D。
不知道我解释清楚了没有。

再通俗的举个例子
一个公司雇了3个新人，每人6000块；同时裁了2个人，如果他们俩每人原来是9000块，则公司并没有多支付什么。
但如果强调了他们俩每人原来是5000块，则公司的支出就必然是增加了。
