OG是这样解释这个选项的（节选）：Were and had been are inconsistent verb tense. 看了一下感觉不是很理解这个解释的意思。residents 曾经（were）是一个民族，但是这个民族过去曾经是A-speaking culture的一个部分。这样子解释E不可以的吗？（虽然had been是错的了）。为什么OG说是不一致呢？
10.B选项中有as an instance的说法，实际上有没有呢？（OG就该选项的另一错误作出解释，没有说as an instance是不是正确的idiom）
11.这题是用It is well known ....that how ...and how...的句型。在这种情况下第二个用and连接之后需不需要也加that呢？
