有没有主从句时态不一致的情况啊！我就遇到一个题，主句是过去式但是从句但是一个现在式。

Because sales of cars and light trucks made in North America declined 13.6 percent in late February, many analysts concluded that evidence of a recovering automotive market remains slight.

这个一道题的正解，可concluded和remains时态不同，是怎么回事呢？拜托NN们帮忙解答一下呗！

这个我觉得有点类似og12－74
74.A 1972 agreement between Canada and the United States reduced the amount of phosphates that municipalities are allowed to dump into the Great Lakes. 主句当中使用的是reduced一般过去式，自治区被允许投放的磷酸盐的量减少发生在agreement颁布以后，所以从句的时态应该用are allowed表明这个结果到现在还存在着，或者用were allowed表明这个结果在这个句子之前已经停止作用了

所以 remains slight应该表示到目前还是slight的

专家，权威的结论用一般现在时。而得出结论显然是以前得出的，所以用concluded。
