A recent study has found amoxicillin as being about as effective as newer, more expensive antibiotics and causing fewer side effects.

(, long a standard treatment for ear infections,) 同位语可以去掉，不影响句子的意思。

红色是主语，蓝色是谓语，蓝绿色是宾语，后面所有都是宾语补语。句子结构是完整的，不存某人说的缺少谓语。

find sb/sth doing sth
　

I think you'll find more women entering the film business now.
find sb/sth to be sth
　

I found the people to be charming and very friendly.

这种题abc的确可以直接排除，类似 noun+of being是错的，要改成noun +that+clause。

D里面的is和causes都是amoxicillin发出来的，用and连接是可以的。都是一般现在时
