答案C，没有异议。想请教一下,句中的act like.

在56题中,OG的解释为act like: to behave orcomport oneself and descriges the action of a person(He act like a fool.)
act as: describes the function of a thing(the breakwater...acts as a buffer),也就是说act like来表示人的行为,act as 表示东西的功能.那么照这样就是,90题就应该用act as 啊??

同时还想问一下,B中 og 解释为: the subordinate clause in the passive voice following although is awkward and unclear?我知道ets倾向于主动,但这里是怎样unclear??

act like sth. 可以理解为“看起来有表面外形的相像”不一定就局限在行为了。这里的rock in a streambed显然不是在说rock在streambed的功能啊，而是说一个动态的外观。而且，act as 中的function是指先行词有这个function；这句话中mountain range不太可能有rock的功能吧。

AS+noun的时候，as的意思是“in capacity of……”。

如果两个similar的物体比较，名词前应该是like。He acts like a fool.说明他跟fool和similar。He acts as a teacher。说明他有作为一个教师的能力

OG和GMAC对于被动是比较规避的，如果存在主动，就一定是主动的好。

这就要区别被动和主动在什么情况下，主动的好。

一般被动句子的动作发出者是模糊的，没有指代的，那么可以使用被动。但是如果动作发出者是明确的，例如这道题，动作发出者为air，那么一定是主动的好。
