答案选C 我选的B 为什么C的前面began用主动语态后面was completed用被动？

很少说“被开始”，一般都用主动，无论人与物。

但是不是也没有“被完工” 这说法吗？
我不钻牛角尖　但是遇到这类题目有没有个判断的方法呢？

理解楼主。
这是英文的习惯。就背一下吧。I complete/It is completed. 真的很少看begin用被动。
