someone i saw on BW forum did get invitation earlier than I did. But I would say 3 weeks after "under review" is the time to expect for interview invitation.

R1的处理速度真是太慢了，R2的速度会比R1的快吧。

之前收到一封email说1月27日status会改变，但至今没有收到任何email，上ucla网站也查不到任何status，不知怎么回事，还有人跟我一样情况吗？

我的理解是27日会确定所有申请人的package是否完整。像我的状态从很长一段时间以前就一直是“complete for review”。也不知道啥时候才会有invitation。只能耐心等待了。
看R1的那个兄弟，12月初才面试，那我估计R2得等到2月中了，说不定就是正好过年的时候。相信invitation应该会提前个1、2周。我觉得2月初吧，应该就有消息了

Sorry Winbie, just saw your question, I saw somebody already got the invitation, very nervous,
I just comfort myself that they review applications in alphabetic order, and my last name begins with "W"...

reviewing order is always a fun thing to play with. the majority of us do not know how schools conduct reviews and in what order. In this particular UCLA case, I believe they are not reviewing in Alphabetic order, and probably random. My name starts with "M" and I was in the later bunch who got invited to interview. So, don't worry and good luck!
