2. 下游零售商的overall sales（全部销售额）减小
3. 下游零售商的Denoma的sale revenue （销售收入）增加
但是1和3构成了一个矛盾。

看选项，找能解释的……
A. 是支出，和收入描述的结果无关
B. 是说的是比例比较，和题目描述的结果都是绝对数字关系不大
C. 说的是denoma的收入和其他品牌有关，这可能因为2导致这方面收入减少，即使3发生，1也可能发生
D. 是消费电器之外的，和题目无关
E. 是售价，和收入描述的结果无关

所以C最可能是对的……
